Last Food Prep Practical =((

had our LAST principle of food preparation practical last thursday

quite happy actually

cos finally we got to cook some REAL FOOD

the reason i said REAL FOOD is because

the previous practicals are really pure experiment

testing different types of cooking method la, tasting the texture la, flavor la

observing the color and appearance la

those practical sessions were super duper boring!

but sometimes quite fun when we got to fool around

stealing foods from other groups,

cooking our own created foods with the extra ingredients given,

and sharing our own creations

ohya!! we always talked like aunties when preparing or cooking food!! haha!!!

like asking the opposite bench what food are they gonna cook today

or showing off the nice ingredients we have

and we even challenged the other group see which group can cook better

omg!!! so much fun we had during our practicals!!!

i miss those time now.... =((

meaning, we got to eat NICE FOOOOOD

omg!!! im just too excited whenever i think of it!!

haha!!

so on the day itself, we reached our practical lab at 2pm sharp

got ourselves prepared and there we go :D:D:D:D:D

our group was told to cook char kuey teow

aiya... too bad i dint capture the ingredients before cooking

was too excited throughout the cooking session

and then after cooking our char kuey teow, i just kept on walking around and stealing foods from other groups

thats why i dont have a nice pic of my lovely char kuey teow

although i wasnt the one who really cooked it, i contributed alot k!!

i peeled the prawn shell, prepared the ingredients also!!!

haha!!!

yen lu was acting like a boss, kept ordering me to do stuff on that day
